Kalin obtained her Masters degree in Forensic Psychology Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2024. She gained her licensure as an LPCC, and became certified in Eagala Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in 2025. Her professional career began working with individuals who have committed sex offenses, providing therapeutic and psychoeducational services. Kalin aims to support children and adults in healing from trauma, becoming connected with their emotions, and confront everday challenges in a non-judgmental space.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado specializing in eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and suicidality. I offer both traditional talk therapy and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through the Eagala model, helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.

Founder, Owner, Equine SpecialistFree Rein is Amanda’s dream in that it combines her passion for people with her deep love for horses. She has previously worked in leadership and communication consulting for professionals and executives across North America. She’s passionate about facilitating growth opportunities that encourage people to become the best versions of themselves. Amanda is a huge advocate for many therapy practices, and has personally experienced the freedom that comes with self-awareness and facing challenges and anxiety head on. Additionally, she is a hostess to her core. She believes that all life’s blessings are much more meaningful when you have people to share them with. She is thrilled to share her space and her horses with the community and prays that Free Rein becomes a sanctuary where people can show up authentically and experience peace, joy, and healing.
